Bumps and Falls

Hey Girlies, I am experiencing my first spout of proper 'Mum Guilt'! I work from home and sometimes my family, who look after my little one, do not pick him up straight away so there a bit of cross over where I need to be on my laptop. I had him sat near me with toys around him and also a spoon that I didn't realise was there (he had thrown it on the floor earlier and I hadn't noticed and the dog must have moved it along the floor). Long story short he's getting more mobile and literally chucked himself forward from sitting, I had cushions behind him and he was on a foam play mat. But he missed all that and landed quite hard on a spoon which has a little nob on it. I feel like I'm the worst parent in the world 😭. He cried for like 20 seconds in shock and I put ice on the mark (no blood but you can see the outline of the bit off the spoon) and he was smiling at me because he thought the cold ice was funny. He's at my nans the afternoon and completely himself and doesn't mind if you touch where it happens so it obviously doesn't hurt too much. Doesn't stop me feeling like I am the worst Mum ever. To help me out can you please tell me your horror story and convince me all is going to be okay. Haven't stopped crying most of the day 😭.
