Bacon lovers, can you please explain why you guys like it because to me it doesn’t taste that good, hard to eat, &I’m never full on it.

Only uk back bacon.. can’t do American bacon or crispy bacon 🤮

I like my bacon in things. I very rarely eat it plain. But I love it in a scramble with cheese and hashbrowns. I also prefer it over sausage because I don’t like the fennel taste or the texture of it.

The cure and smoke makes a huge difference. If you get a good long smoke, thick cut bacon and keep it fatty/soft/don't burn it then it's good! We raise our own hogs so we don't buy it in a store. We frequently make a pound of bacon just as an evening snack

Depends on what it's with or in for me. I prefer sausage but links are better than patties for some reason 😅

@Liv yes to all of that. Took a break raising pigs because of the babies, but now that we’re running low on bacon my husband wants to get a litter (never mind the freezers full of roasts and ground 😆)

I like turkey bacon.

I never liked bacon, partner thinks I'm weird lol, but I can eat some now (some of his when he cooks it lol) but definitely not on burgers, but I'm a picky eater 🤷‍♀️ lol
