My baby is sleeping horribly at night!

My son has been waking every 45min-2hrs for the last few weeks at night. He’s napping fine and we’re are following proper wake windows but at night he’s a mess. For the last three nights it takes us 2 hours to put him down because he’s screaming crying and my son is typically a very easy/chill baby. I’ve run out of ideas of what this could be. We’re thinking maybe a second tooth is coming in but honestly I’m at a loss. Anyone else going through something similar?
