I have literally had this every single day for weeks too! I called the midwife advice line last night as I’ve been having headaches and other bits so mentioned the nosebleeds too - she didn’t seem concerned. Do you usually get it when it gets cold? In the winter sometimes I get a bit of a bloody nose so you could be pre disposed as well as more blood and weaker blood vessels xx
Happens to me when my nose gets clogged at night and in the morning when it’s quite warmer, I just feel it coming down. I noticed getting an air purifier / humidifier helped a little as the air is not so dry. But my midwife said it’s because you’re pregnant 🙂
@Katie that's what I'm like too sometimes when I blow blood is there x
@Ella aww yeah tbh I don't normally bleeds in my nose but I've got a lot of dried blood as well xx
It could be the cold too, it’s always worse when it’s cold and dry air plus the stage you’re in with pregnancy! I hope it gets better for you because it’s very annoying for me 🤣 xx
@Ella thank you I hope so and for you too xx
I’ve been getting them a lot x
I’ve not had a full-on nose bleed but every morning I wake up and have blood when I blow my nose. I think it’s to do with increased blood volume during pregnancy. I’m trying to stay as hydrated as possible to help it x
