Depends on the day. She refuses completely at nursery. She had been having none at home the last week or so (was poorly) but now seems to be back in the swing of it and has usually 1hr 20.

1.5 - 2.5 hrs if he does, but some days he refuses to nap but he gets really cranky/fussy around 4/5pm
Only if she’s knackered, can’t be more than an hour though and if it’s about 2 you can forget it or she go to bed😂

Yeah he like anything from 1 to 2 hours. If he misses his nap he gets very irritable
1 hour max and 1:30 wake up for any hope of a decent bed time. He has many days with no nap too x

1.5-2 hours from 130-3-330 after he comes in from preschool as I think the 4 hours there make him super tired! On the weekend if we are having a quiet day he can go without a nap all day x

My LO would normally nap but after the 2 years check I was told to cut the nap as it is making it difficult for him go to sleep at night , and now he finally goes to sleep at a decent time 8.30pm

If she wakes before 8am she tends to nap 2-2.5hrs. If she wakes after 8am she refuses any nap 🤷🏼♀️

Anything between 20 mins and 3 hours depending on the day and who she’s with/what she’s doing 🤣 at home with me she usually naps for two hours.

1.5 hours at approx 12.30 she is usually in bed by 7pm especially on nursery days and up around 6.30 x
