18:30 bathtime for around 30 mins unless she starts to get aggy before that depends how long of a nap she had at 4. She usually gets out around 7 by the time Iā€™ve dried her out the creams and all on her and dressed her usually around 7:15. I then go out and boil the kettle Iā€™ll put her on her playmat and play a little. Sometimes she doesnā€™t want to as sheā€™s too tired then I give her a bottle around 7:45 I then change her nappy then sheā€™s in bed by 8 and asleep till around 6/7am. My LG is 3 months or 16weeks on Saturday

@Paige do you have set times through the day that you pur her down to nap? And does she nap in her bed? Also do you put her down in her bed at 8pm awake? Sorry 100 questionsšŸ™ˆ

Yeah Iā€™ll send it over. I wrote it all down for her dad as heā€™s going to be having her Saturday for hours by herself and this routine has been in place now for about 2/3 weeks

I always try not to over excite her in the mornings before her 11 oā€™clock nap

He knows the bedtime routine so I didnā€™t have to write it down as he work 9-5 and gets here in time for bathtime and bed

@Paige that routine is very helpful thanks for sharing. Do you mind me asking why your LO is on lactulose? Do they take gaviscon or a milk thickener by any chance? Just asking as my LO has issues with reflux and what heā€™s on causes constipation issues

She was on gaviscon as of this morning sheā€™s now on a milk. She went from really bad poos to having gaviscon and then rock solid ones. They just made it like playdough. Sheā€™s hopefully going to come of it now though as sheā€™s not on the gaviscon. Doctors just wanted to rule out if it was reflux first

@Paige we got put on Carobel for his reflux and his poo went to play dough and heā€™s so gassy. Trying out anti reflux milk but itā€™s pretty much the same as adding Carobel so donā€™t think weā€™ll see much improvement but one can hope! Hope you see some improvement soon!!

@Paige @Emily we use gaviscon but in every other bottle & that works really well for us x

Yeah this is her first day on the milk and takes around 2 weeks for the dairy to come out her system so weā€™re in a months trial with itšŸ¤žšŸ¼

@Incognito do they reflux much on the bottle without it in? Is your LO gassy on it? I was offered gaviscon by the doctor but declined due to the constipation issue but always wonder whether we should try it

@paige got my fingers crossed for you! Sorry just one more question, do you feed at set times then rather than feeding on demand?

I have set times but if she wants one before that then I give her it. Like sheā€™s struggling with her 11 oā€™clock nap today so Iā€™m feeding her now but sheā€™ll probably only drink 2 maybe 3 oz but itā€™s also a new milk to get use to and our routine was a little broken this morning as she has doctors at half 9 so I had to get her up a bottle earlier

I always make sure in the day sheā€™s not going over 4 hours

I have my girl have a bath at 6:30pm-7pm depending then get changed, bottle in bedroom with her nightlight on then bed. Sometimes that can take us to either 8pm or 9pm
