My gym has a daycare so that’s how I go, when I have the energy to even go! As I’m a single mama and doing it all alone. But there’s so many things you can do at home as well with baby! Or during naps, or have baby watch you! Even just body weight exercises can do so much! And using baby as a weight can help too then it’s also a bonding fun experience! 🩷

I bought a pair of adjustable dumbells and workout from home!

Can dad or grandparents or even close friend watch baby for a short time?

and my son literally doesn't nap 😔 if he does it's in the car

My husband watches my boys when I wanna go to the gym or their grandparents watch them for that bit of time. If that’s not a possibility you could try to workout at him. I watch gro with Jo on YouTube and just follow along with her home workouts. Maybe get some weights if you wanted to lift. Or even just use household things for weight, I literally do squats holding my sons lol, for cardio take your son for a walk outside. It looks like he’s 8 months according to your page but when he’s a bit older do dance parties with him, that’s what I do with my 2 year old and that’s like a full workout

I have an elliptical at home and still have trouble finding the time. I have to workout first thing in the morning or it won't happen. I usually put my baby in the high chair with snacks so I can be on the elliptical. I also work full-time, otherwise I would workout during naps.

Can you just go after school and they watch just 30 min longer?
