Mine taught me and my husband how to massage/ target pressure points in my sciatic nerve too. Mainly it was exercise and stretches she helped me with.

Ahh that is annoying! YouTube might have some videos to help but I also find using a golf ball to massage out certain areas on the hip and glutes helped too. I also sleep with a cushion in between my knees/legs which the physio recommended me and that helps with PGP
Exercises. Not massage. I wish it was massage 😅 they will also teach you how to move so it doesn't irritate it or make it worse
