Day naps
8 week old currently refusing day naps unless she's in my arms and if I put her down she wakes up.. . She does normally have a nap around 9am, 1 around lunch, and around 4pm. I don't really have a routine in the day yet only at night (sleeps a gem at night) Anyone got any tips to help, please?

Completely normal. If you want to get stuff done you can try a carrier. My 23 month old still prefers to nap in my arms and wakes if you move him.
Yeah or wait till I’m a deep sleep (about 20 mins) then try to transfer x
We were like this until we could start sleep training around 4.5months. Used the carrier a lot to get things done or just to hang out and rest on the couch myself.
Completely normal I’m afraid, it was 7/8 months before my son would go in his cot for naps. At 15 months he now does 2 hours in the afternoon, I honestly thought that day would never come x
I held my girl for most of her naps until 6m now she’s too big to do it and I miss it already.

It’s completely normal, my little one couldn’t nap independently until she was 7 months. Try and enjoy the snuggles and baby wear if you need to do things?
