Ready made formula (Aptimil)
Stupid question... If I decant a 200ml bottle of premade formula into two sterile bottles and put in a cool bag with cool blocks will that be safe to use? Going out for a day but I don't want to open a bottle and waste a half a bottle for just one feed....
I'd treat it as if you made 2 bottles at home and put in a cool bag with ice packs. They can only be like that for 4 hours though so probably won't be good for the day. Could you decant into 1 bottle and put half in the fridge at home then when you need the second bottle open a second premade and put that in the cool bag provided you'll be home within 4 hours of the second bottle.
