Yes, this is normal, exactly the same with my boy. There body is still working it all out, and now they have to process all these high fibre, high protein foods. There's nothing to worry about. And ugh, the smelly farts are also normal lol, If you're worried, try prunes, high fibre food to help push it out, and anti-clockwise tummy massage. She could be backed up or have a solid poop which is hard to push out so could need a bit of help but what I have experienced so far, the 1st bit of pop is quite solid then it's all looser poo that follows, so it's just that initial pop that's been giving them constipation. Hope that helps
We have micro turds +++ I’m away atm in a village & only have X nappies & we’re going through them steadily due to sharts 🤣
@Shelly clockwise belly rub only!! Please don't rub anticlockwise as it can cause constipation and other gut issues. My partner is trained in massage and reflexology and I've just finished a 6 week course in baby massage where they explain the dangers of rubbing the belly in the wrong direction
We're very similar here. EBF and instead of going 2-5 times a days she's now going once a day but not everyday. She doesn't do small poos... only very big ones. But her farts don't smell they're just very loud. Your little one might be a little constipated. You can get prune puree it might be worth trying her on a bit to see if it'll help move things along a bit
