This is what's in mine: For me: - Snacks and squash/lucozade sport (nuts, flapjacks, jelly babies, pretzels) - Disposable underwear - Tens machine - Maternity pads - Breast pads - Peri bottle - Essential Oils/spray - Toiletries (shampoo etc, toothbrush, toothpaste, lip balm, moisturiser etc) - Towel (black) - Nightie X2 - Warm slipper socks with grips - Sliders/slippers - Nursing bras - Going home outfit - leggings and nursing top - Heated face mask plus face mask for sleep - Pillow and blanket - Tankini top in case I want it (for the pool) - 2x chargers with long cables - Water bottle - Tea bags - Handheld fan For the baby: - 3 x vests and sleepsuits in newborn - 3 x vests and sleepsuits in 0-1 - 1 x cardigan in 0-1 - 2 x hats - Pack of nappies and sacks - Pack of water wipes - Muslins - Name plaque - Blankets
I’ve got cheap flip flops instead of slippers, I thought they’d be more practical. Small portable fan/water mist as you’ll get very warm. I’d also get witch hazel spray to spray on the maternity pads, it’s supposed to help!
