Couldn’t recommend it more! I did it all with TENS and gas. Especially towards the end my husband and I got into a great rhythm as whenever I reached for the gas he would press boost on the TENS.

I tried during contractions at home and felt more like a mild distraction from the pain than relief, and didn't do much for me. Ended up not taking it to the hospital

I forgot that was an option till now 😭 I was in a much pain that I forgot it existed. And they didn’t mention it to me either, they just offered gas and air which did nothing but make me vomit. Ended in c section anyways :(

Yep deffo recommend, I used most the way through and was glad it meant I could stay at home for long as possible.

Yes highly recommend - used tens all the way through contractions and dilation then a few puffs of gas & air at the end :)
