Firstly you should talk to your midwife - agony sounds awful, poor you 😞 They might be able to help you work out what’s causing it - they could help you get an NHS physio appointment if appropriate (I got one really quickly), or it might be that yoga positions specifically for pregnancy could really help you. I bought a mattress topper to help my hips which had been great. There are loads of pregnancy pillows out there which aren’t expensive and help a lot too. You need to look for help and take this seriously to look after yourself, it’s important x
I am also like this I constantly wake up in the night never get a fully rested sleep always peeing and can’t get comfortable
If you’re waking in pain definitely contact your midwife/gp to try find out why the pain is happening. The gp can also prescribe you something stronger to take. I had PGP with my daughter and it stopped me from sleeping so I got the strong cocodamol and only took them at night so I could sleep x
Thank you all! After a long night of being awake I’ve thrown up about 4 times so I’m feeling even worse 😂 had my RSV jab yesterday and I’ve got a temperature and vomiting so don’t think that’s helping either x
I have been struggling for the last few weeks and finally got my pregnancy pillow out last night, I’ve had the best nights sleep last night in a very long time. If you don’t already have one might be worth looking into getting one as it gives more support on your back etc
