Morning exposure to sunlight helps "set" the clock for circadian rhythm, which dictates wake time in the morning. Work on that, and an appropriate bedtime (I've seen ranges between 6:30 and 9, so it really depends on the kid), and the naps should hopefully follow. But if you're letting her have such long wake up times at night, and letting her sleep pretty much all morning, then the problems are going to continue.
@Melissa thankyou, she usually wake up 9am, then routines was great but when she got poorly and still is with colds and cough and she all of sudden doing this routine since Monday I can't seem to put her back into that routine atm x
If she's sick, then routines are going to be all messed up. You won't be able to get her back on any kind of schedule or sleep training. Wait until she feels better, then try to change the sleep habits.
@Melissa thankyou, just feels everything so hard as I'm down myself with back aches, period and starting coming down with colds so I feel crap and not sleeping much. Sorry for moaning lol.
This pattern looks all over the place, but I can tell you right off that her "wake up" time at 12 pm is way, way later than it should be. It's been my experience that morning wake-up time sets the tone for the entire day. My girl wakes between 6 and 8 am. If she wakes before 6, we have "quiet" time - night vibes only, no play, no activity, just like any normal night waking. If she wakes at 6, she naps around 9-9:30. If she wakes at 8, nap is around 10. But I never let her sleep later than 8 am in the morning, otherwise naps get messed up for the whole day, and she's up far later in the evening than she should be (her usual bedtime is between 7:30-8). As a start, to change baby's schedule you may have to start waking her and getting up with her at an earlier time. Between 6 and 8 am is the norm. It will be difficult at first, she will be cranky and miserable, but you can adjust naps by slow increments as needed.
