Sleeping in the cold weather

How does everyone else keep their toddlers warm at night during these cold nights? He’s in a toddler bed so no longer can use a sleeping bag. He has a duvet but seems to kick it off a lot and our room gets to 16 degrees overnight. TIA

My wee boy does exactly the same!! His room is quite chilly too. So I put him in layers I.e vest, t.shirt, pyjamas and socks. And cover him with sheet, duvet and blanket. Another idea to place a hot water bottle in his bed to warm it up and take it out once he's in the bed.

We’ve had to almost cosleep as ds doesn’t even keep a light blanket on. I’m always worried that he would catch cold. I love snuggling with him :)

Mine is similar. Can get to 16 degrees at night. She kicks off the duvet. But she sleeps through so she must be fine. If she is really cold she was woken up and asked to be covered. But u think her body temp is definitely different to mine haha

I've turned the duvet sideways and then tucked it under the mattress on both sides. Definitely helps it stay on a bit better! 😊

Sleeping bag with legs and arms! My son has some lovely thick cosy ones from amazon, he’d never keep a duvet on he’s too much of a fidget and these sleeping bags go up to toddler sizes the ones I have are 2-4 years

@katie do you have the link for the thick cozy ones you've mentioned? Thanks xx
