Sleeping issues

Hi guys!! My almost 18 month old son has always been a great sleeper. But ever since we got back from Thailand he just won’t fall asleep at night. Usually we give him a bottle of milk before bed and he will just doze off on his own. Now, he will have his milk and just cry cry cry.. he doesn’t take the dummy anymore, the white noise isn’t helping anymore. We even leave him to cry for a bit his cries just get louder 🤦‍♀️ We are really struggling here, can anyone give any tips please 🙏 It’s almost been a week since we have been back.

My 17 month old started doing the same thing randomly. She would finish her bottle then spend the next half an hour trying to escape the room. I put it down to a growth stage. I ended up giving her much more milk before bed and it settled her. Maybe he's growing and finishes the bottle and is still hungry?

Have you guys adjusted back from the time difference? There is also an 18m regression? I’m sorry, I don’t have any advice, but if all else fails I have a fantastic sleep consultant that will be able to help you
