Teething

I put a filter on to make it easier to see because the picture is blurry. I’ve noticed there’s two white lines on my son’s gums, which look like teeth. He won’t let me look so it’s hard to tell if his gums are red or swollen, but I don’t think I can feel any sharpness or anything. He’s had rosy cheeks for a while and has recently been fussier, been screaming inconsolably at the breast, has more wake-ups, etc, so I know he’s teething. Does this look like teeth to anyone else? If so how long usually does it take for them to cut through when you can see them this clearly in the gum line?
