Help! We are not sleeping!😴

My baby is 8 months old and up until the last 4/6 weeks he’s always been okay at sleeping (as in 4/5 hour stints overnight) recently he just doesn’t seem to settle at all unless he’s cuddled or in my bed which I hate doing. I’m struggling with the sleep deprivation BIG time as I’m back to work now too. Any tips for getting them to sleep better overnight? I can barely remember my “sleep training” era with my daughter so feel lost x

It’s a regression the 8 month one! My daughter went through it but at 9 months recovered she was never a great sleeper tho but usually if they are great at sleeping and then suddenly not it’s a regression Do you know any milestone they are trying to reach rn? Or anything new they learned? Helping them practice it in daytime can help Strict schedule is the only thing that helped me get my daughter to sleep Putting Netflix on my phone watching or even gaming helped me stay awake but since you said they really only wanna sleep with you you might just have to do it till you can ride it out. Sleep training can help I didn’t really do any of it besides once she’s down I didn’t pick her back up but comforted her from the crib somehow which helped a lot! I hope things get better I get it it’s TOUGH!

My baby used to sleep 3-4 hour stretches its a distant memory now. Tonight shes only slept 30 mins then woke then another 30 mins and then wouldnt go back to bed .. I feel dead inside. Weeks and weeks of bad sleep really does take its toll!
