Be consistent! It takes time but stick with it and you’ll slowly notice an improvement. We do bath, bottle, books, snuggle time with soft lullabies playing for 10ish min then bed. It gets better with time!

Did you cry it out or was there a method you used?

I tried sleep training my lo when she hit 5 months & again @ 6. She still wakes up @ night to feed once but she sleeps a lot better, & moved her from bassinet to pac n play to a crib & thinks she sleeps better in her crib. She’s also strong enough now to sleep in whatever position she likes best & that’s helped her sleep longer stretches. I’ve tried the cry out once she was 6 months & she isn’t ready yet for that in my opinion.

Start a routine and stick to it the best you can everyday. It may take some time but you just have to be consistent like Samantha said. My son goes down around the same time every night like clockwork most time one his own too. It’s hard right now but you got this Mama.

I did sleep training when my baby was 5 months. There was crying but it wasn’t the CIO method. It was 2 nights by the crib, 2 in the room and by night 5 I was leaving the room with no crying!
