Understanding name
My twins are very responsive to sounds and make great eye contact but they are not answering to their name or but they doing basic demands such as “come here” with hand gestures when they are not distracted . Should I be worried or I’m I over thinking it ? They are 13 months.

My daughter just started responding much better to her name at 21 months. 13 months is still pretty early, I wouldn't stress it
🤔 Have they had their hearing checked? Other than that I wouldn't be to concerned

I don't think it's too concerning. I had a friend who had to really work on names and get his kid books with their name in and say it loads for them to catch on. But if your concerned see their doctor
