George Eliot - Elective c sections
Are George Eliot good for accepting a c section as a birth choice without medical reason? I suffer with chronic pain and I also have a supportive partner to help me afterwards i honestly know I wouldn’t be able to cope during a vaginal birth. Thanks.
(I don’t want to hear vaginal birth is better ect I already have made up my mind)

Took me around 7 appointments convincing my consultant to book me in for a section
I had my c section at George Elliot recently. Well they kind of do, but you will have to stand your ground firmly and fight your corner as to why you want to go for it. I decided to go for c section in midst of my induction, and the doctors seemed quite reluctant and trying to convince me to keep trying for normal delivery. I was feeling quite frustrated having to explain my reasoning to 10 different doctors. Know that it’s your right though they can’t deny it. I think they do because I was given the choice of two hospitals burton and George Eliot for elective c-section I choose this as birth would’ve been too traumatic for me too
