PPROM or discharge
TMI but I'm 24 weeks pregnant and constantly feel wet down there. Has anyone else experienced this?? Not in the same way as waters breaking just constantly feeling like I need to go wipe. I had PPROM with my son but not till like 36 weeks and not sure if I'm being overly cautious with this pregnancy. Could it just be watery discharge? Had a UTI test this week as part of my routines and all good.

I recall feeling really sweaty all the time near the end of pregnancy, thinking I peed myself. Not sure it’s the same thing you’re experiencing. I asked my midwife and she said sweating can be normal with all the hormones. Not sure if this helps. Might be worth checking in with your care provider.
I have this! Both pregnancy and pregnancies ( currently 26 weeks 2nd pregnancy) when my waters went ( early promm at 36 weeks ) it was literally leaking down my leg like big drops so I knew and I began vomiting

Possibly discharge or sweat. I had lots of discharge during pregnancy, it was yuck. Waters smell like semen so if it smells like that then get checked or if you are worried then get checked anyway.
