I've always done sleep - food - break - milk - sleep as per the instructions in How to wean your baby book. Means baby is hungry for his food, has time to let it digest, is ready for milk and the milk makes him sleepy. He's a great eater and still drinks his milk. As above, do what works for you!
Ah that is so good to see! 👏🏻That kind of schedule would work so much better for us! What is this book if you don’t mind me asking 🙏🏻
Here you go 🙂 hope it helps How to Wean Your Baby: The step-by-step plan to help your baby love their broccoli as much as their cake https://amzn.eu/d/gTg0C8h
My son sleeps without milk, but he sleeps even better with it. So I do solids then bottle before nap/nap/bedtime. Funnily enough last week his dietitian said she recommended doing it this way at 9 months to encourage transitioning towards breakfast lunch dinner as actual meals rather than food play. Do whatever works 😀
I started offering breakfast first, and milk an hour later. She didn't want breakfast otherwise. The other meals I vary which way round but I would just do whatever works for you.
We do breakfast first and then an 1/1.5 hr later will have a bottle and his first nap - if I do bottle and then breakfast he won’t eat it x
Do whatever works! We do morning bottle first but then the rest of the day solids first with a bottle for bed.
