What’s the longest time you’ve gone without movement?

I can go a whole day! I can feel her first thing and then tomorrow until I go sleep. But then the next day, every day
It really depends. I was advised for all my pregnancies that they will have a typical pattern from around 28wks. And if that pattern changes or I don’t feel their regular movements to get checked. I was never told to do the 10 kicks in 2hrs and tbh I have gone a few hrs with no movements but they were still following their regular pattern. I will add that I stopped feeling my first move at 40wks exactly - when he normally would be quite active, and became worried. I called up MAU and was told to come in for monitoring which showed that things were deteriorating for him and I was induced that same day. Always trust your instincts and if you’re not sure it doesn’t hurt to go get checked!
It’s hard to determine a pattern as I’m only 27 weeks and over the past few weeks things have changed. I’ve been up to triage and told this will happen, so I don’t know how long to go now until it’s like essential I go up to get checked? As his movements have changed and they aren’t strong but they told me he’s still quite small atm so I won’t feel every movement. I just wondered what it’s like for other people x
Currently 27+2 weeks and haven’t noticed a pattern yet!! Baby was super active for 4 days straight and then went really quiet for 3 days!! I was getting a bit worried so spent the morning talking and rubbing bump and baby eventually started moving! 😅 it’s so stressful! No idea what’s normal and what’s not at the moment x
That’s reassuring to know as I’m 27+1 and feel the exact same!! It’s literally torture at this point for me😅😅 I guess hospital would rather us go up than not but I could literally be up there everyday at this rate 😅 @Leah xx
I’m 28 weeks today & there’s days like today he’s going crazy with his movement and then others I’m trying to poke him to get him moving! Lol last week was the quietest he’s been and definitely was going more than 2 hours without 10 movement. He has no pattern at all 🤦♀️
Well more than 2 hours I think! it’s about knowing your normal I have a flurry first thing in the morning, 11ish, 2ish, and then evening with an extra if I have something super sweet
