Partner can't be bothered

He's so lazy and impatient, and he just seems like he doesn't care or can't be bothered with baby or general day-to-day or taking care of our child. He just tosses baby into his car seat, buckles him and doesn't tighten it fully or straighten his hips so he's actually sitting straight? He just can't be bothered to sort him. He always feeds him easy to grab food- toast, biscuits, occassionally tinned fruit. He's never cooked for him or taken the time to wash and cut up fresh fruit for him, ever. He is on his phone or video games 90% of the time. No exaggeration. He always forgets to brush baby's teeth. He never gives him a snack unless it's a biscuit. He always waits for me to change his nappy. He is always desperate for naptime and bedtime, and he tries to force it early if he thinks baby needs an early night. Its like he just can't be bothered with baby being around.
