Reheated breast milk?

I pumped earlier today and out it in the fridge, then reheated it and offered it to her and she wasn’t interested so I put it back in the fridge, will it be okay to heat up again?

Did baby drink even a sip from it? If not you could give it cold

It's not recommended to put milk back in the fridge after heating it. It should be consumed within a couple of hours after being warmed. This was what my lactation consultant told us.

@Natalie not really, just played with the bottle in her mouth

Unfortunately, you shouldn’t put milk back in the fridge after heating and then definitely not reheating once heated milk, sorry lovely! x

I would dump it if the bottle was at all in her mouth. Reheating anything is generally not recommended so I would not risk it.

No.

You can’t use it once it’s been heated for a bottle, but put it in baby’s bath!

I think it’s only good for an hour once heated and you shouldn’t put back in fridge

I do, haven’t had a problem. My lactation consultant said to not waste it 🤷‍♀️
