Any tips?
Me and my partner has taken the dummy off our 5 month old, he’s gone over a week now very happily without it but when he did have it he slept all through the night but since taking it off him he’s now waking up for a bottle instead. Does anyone have any tips on what we can do to stop him from waking? Tia

@Amelia sometimes he’ll have a bottle to help him go to sleep and other times he’ll have a bottle but will still be wide awake and will go to sleep on his own
He’s 5 months old, completely normal to wake for a feed, he clearly needs it so why would you want to stop it, probably having a growth spurt
Sounds like he's just replaced the suckling the dummy for comfort with a bottle instead.
