Your uterus has only just healed and periods involve uterine contractions. It’s normal to feel the cramps are strong after birth as your body has only just recovered. The first few periods are the rough ones but it eases back to normal x
@Sarah thanks , wouldn’t say cramps are worse (mind you they have always been bad!). More the actual scar sort of tingles.
Just lots of nerves all rebuilding along all those internal layers. Tingling and itching is nerve regeneration which is a great sign for healing! Annoying as hell though x
Its been 2 years since I had my c-section and it’s still very sensitive. It usually hurts when I have my period. I don’t know if it’s normal but it doesn’t hurt to get it checked by your doctor
I wouldn’t say mine hurt but I felt pressure because of the cramping. I’d have that checked to be sure. Hope you’re okay!
