Are you more sensitive now?

I cry watching movies now or reading articles or anything sad. I never used to. Whenever I see anything like a child crying, or a family break up, or anything sad i just straight up tear up.. I didn't cry easy in pregnancy, though? I'm just watching an animation movie about two parents being turned into monsters, and I keep tearing up to see the girls hurt and loss. She said "if you can fall out of love with each other, you can fall out of love with me" and I cried. Does anyone else experience this?

Yes i cant watch anything on the tv if its someone giving birth i just breakdown & generally anything sad that wouldn't usually bother me now does

Same, I can't watch it. Who knew how often childbirth came up in movies, and child loss, or mother in childbirth. It is everywhere. Or when someone is emotionally hurt in a movie, or all the sad news. I can't even open the news anymore... I even had to put a timer on instagram and try to avoid going down the rabbit hole of reels etc because you never know what's popping up.

Yess movies I’ve watched hundreds of times without a single tear all of a sudden make me cry. Sometimes even a note in a song can do it. It’s so strange

Love this film and so does my 2.5 yo, already watched it a couple of times. Yes I’m a little more emotional than I was too, but also I’m a little more tired than before and I know lack of sleep does that to me x

Yes, sad news involving kids where either they have died or lost a parent or war related I get upset and also anything gory like scary movies involving anything bloody etc I hate seeing it and if it involves a child getting hurt I feel upset 😭

Oh definitely! Reading articles early this year or late year on certain things about babies made me full on cry and run to my sleeping LO just to hold her tight. I hate watching sad things in the evening after she has gone to bed because I'm holding back this strong desire to pick her up and squeeze her tight. 😢
