Need mum friends

Hello, I've tried so many times finding mum friends on this app but no luck, I find myself removing the app and not bothering with it for a long time and then trying again after a while, why is it so hard to find any friends? It's the only thing in the world I've ever had trouble with, it just seems impossible, I have two boys age 10 and 12 and I live in washington but can travel to sunderland/newcastle, I love going for cocktails, afternoon tea, shopping trips and days out with the kids.
