My 6 week old is exclusively breastmilk fed but has only poo'd once in about 10 days. Is this normal? We have been giving sterile tepid water and it worked for one poo but he hasn't gone since. I've read that breastmilk babies don't tend to go as much but was thinking of phoning the Drs Monday if he hasn't gone?
My doctors told me if it goes past 6 days to get in touch with them. My little one was awful for it it was his formula in the end
