Cramps..
I’m 31 weeks -
Yesterday I had cramping for about 4-5 minutes and then it went.
I had the same during the night last night.
Wondering if I need to give midwives a call or is this normal at this stage of the pregnancy?

This is my 3rd pregnancy and yes they’re call Braxton hick contractions. Mine were severe to the point where I had to stop walking and just endure them. They are painful but just keep in mind that it’s your body’s way to prepare for delivery
Btw I’m 30 weeks pregnant lol so I’m experiencing the same things along with you.
