I need to find the best double stroller or wagon for my kiddos, by the time my second is born my oldest boy will be almost 17 months and I’ll have a newborn, I’ve been trying to find a double stroller that will hold a baby car seat but nothing overly expensive.

i second Evenflo pivot xpand. my babies are 16 months apart and i get so much use from my stroller!
Jolie tandem twin stroller folds up and contacts well and not too heavy. Comes with waterproof cover. Back os for newborn and onwards can pull back down so it's flat. I use for my 28 month and 5 month old. It's on argos I got for 170. Just an option hope it helps
