Chemical…

Confirmed chemical pregnancy this week, feeling really depleted and lost. Any advice on how to get it to stick next time ☹️😞

I’m sorry.😔 Chemicals are often caused by poor quality eggs. I’d focus on improving your egg quality. You can do this by following a healthy diet, and take supplements. I was 30 when I’ve had my first child, and 40 now pregnant with our second. I’ve had two chemicals in the last 3 months, so this is my third pregnancy since we’ve started trying for baby nr. 2. I’ve been taking: a good prenatal (I use Inessa), Calcium, Magnesium, Zinc, NAC, CoQ10, Quercetin, Vitamin D, DHA. It takes 3 months for a new egg to mature, so may takes three months to sort out your egg quality if that was the problem. Either way, you’d definitely benefit from these supplements, but I’m not a doctor so please read about them yourself.

I’m sorry you are facing this. I had a miscarriage in June and a chemical in September. It’s the worst feeling ever you feel so so lost. I still think about it daily the pain or the feeling never goes away. The only thing is make sure you inform you doctor so they can run scans/bloods accordingly. Stay positive and keep trying when you are ready.
