Milk whilst travelling?

Really need to understand what milk people take with them when travelling with a 1 year old. We have a 7 hour flight booked in a couple of weeks is it okay to take the Aptamil toddler milk for the journey or not? She’s on cows milk at the moment but I’m worried a different source of milk may upset her tummy but equally I can’t carry cows milk with me. Views please? xx

My little boy (14 months) drinks cows milk but it gives him stomach ache sometimes so we revert back to cow and gate every now and then . As long as it’s a milk she is used to she should be fine. When flying, I take the pre made bottles you can buy for like 90p each, or a bit more pricey in airport shops. And you can take those with you on plane, we go to Albania quite alot, short flight ,3&1/2 hours each way and the pre made bottles are a lifesaver, must admit he mostly sleeps when we are flying. Definitely recommend taking some suction bath toys that you can stick to window if you have a window seat, again another lifesaver for entertainment xx

Also, download some episodes of her favourite shows on Netflix, also comes in handy as a last resort. Make sure she is drinking while the plane is taking off and landing so it doesn’t affect her ears, I’ve done this everytime and my little boys had no issues ,he loves flying(unlike me😂)
