I've had therapy over zoom and was the same as you/ felt like face to face would be better, but it was during COVID so had no choice. It was actually really effective and you're so into it when you're there that you don't even really notice it being weird on zoom. I actually think it's better in some ways as you can be in your comfy clothes with a cuppa and don't need to go out anywhere. Could you be maybe give one session a go if you were struggling to find a face to face one and see how you feel about it? Xx
@Alice couple reasons I have no way to get there and I’d like to keep it private my hubs is against all therapy and I use to bd but I guess I wanna try it just to see if it would help me in this time period

I’m not sure if there is a therapist for that… there could be life coaches for that… and another alternative is using AI chatbot
