Pelvic Pain

Anybody got any advice on pelvic/lower back pain? I'm 39 weeks pregnant and the pain, in my lower back and pelvis, especially on a night time is actually horrible. I'm literally crying rocking back and forth.

IvI been using my ball and got a tens machine from Argos also a bath !! But the ball and tens machine work wonders

Well, ive been having contractions on and off for 2 weeks. However they got more frequent on Wednesday (every 5mins lasting so minute). But now they have slowed down now. Hes due on Monday and tbh, I'm tired, in pain and miserable

I rang hospital, as there was like yellow fluid in my underwear but they said until my waters have broken I don't need to go in x

@Patricia I feel your pain I was up all night having them and then stopped today !! Oh has gone out and girls due over for some nibbles and I’m currently on the ball with the tens machine turned right up !! If you can get one from Argos send someone out to get one - or a tennis ball in your back also helps !!

Will this stop the pelvic pain? Im assuming that he's jusy on a nerve and that's why it hurts? But fuck meee I've had enough x

If I can't cope now, what will I be like when I'm pushing him out or when contractions get worse x

I'll have a look at argos x

Ice pack between your legs helps with pelvis pain

I have bunched together my entire pregnancy pillow to take the pressure off the pain during the night, seems to be working well with the odd paracetamol! Also stretches before bed for atleast 10 mins, works wonders. Extra pillow in between your legs and one for your head to keep the blood flowing around. Magnesium tablets have helped me too!
