I’ve been referred to physio and they have given me a group session! I bought one off Amazon called BABYGO. What one do you recommend?
I had the black one of them with my first and it was terrible! I got a white one off of physio and it’s amazing I’ll send you a link to one very similar

Physio told me I can only wear it max 2and a half hours at a time then have a 2 hour break. But honestly it feels like someone’s lifting your stomach up it’s not comfy to sit in though
@Natalya Gona buy this now! Thank you so much! I had the one I have on today while in town walking around and it wasn’t much help but it was good the day before while I was working. I’m not even that big that’s what’s worrying me because I’m obv Gona get bigger and the pain is horrific!
You’re welcome! Honestly when the physiotherapist put it on me it was like I was a whole new person😂😂 and I know exactly what you mean, I had it bad in my first pregnancy and I’m dreading it I have sciatica too😭
@Natalya same!!! I got told I had sciatica a few months before I found out I was pregnant, on strong pain killers then I can’t take them because of the pregnancy! Honestly what is this pregnancy life I thought it would be all sunshine and rainbows 🤣🥹 But thank you so much I’ve ordered that hopefully it helps 🙏🏼

What belly strap did you buy? Some of them are sh*t. Also ask your midwife to refer you to physio
