I did & had the best experience! Everything was clean and cozy and everyone was very nice and attentive.. they do have a spot for one extra person to sleep but it’s not going to be the most comfortable
@Tianna Nice, thank you! did you have a room to yourself or was it shared?
@Angel ooh good idea thanks!
Room to myself
I did in September!! It was the best experience! The hospital is less than 13 years old, everything is new, rooms are very large & not shared! Patient ratios are much better than civilian hospitals so staff is very attentive and helpful. Message me if you have any questions, I work on their inpatient medsurg floor!

I gave birth there last October. Honestly it’s beautiful. BUT MAKE SURE YOU TELL THEM YOUR ETA FOR THE BABY. When I went there I was 4 inches dilated and had to wait an hour to get admitted. But felt like forever cause the contractions hurt so bad and they had to make sure the procedure and room was ready for me. The staff was a little stern with me but after the epidural they were extremely sweet and nice. For the birth. I got a midwife/ doctor. I would recommend to ask for a midwife . I feel like midwife’s are more sentimental to the mom. Then there was a bunch of nurses when I delivered. The room after you give birth is big and has a tv But for me it wasent working . I had a beautiful view. And they give you postpartum stuff and breast feeding essentials like nipple cream and pamphlets.The baby doctor and obgyn usually check on you and have a call machine on the bed and phone near you in case you need a nurse. And they bring food towards you. I felt fancy. . You get 3 free meals.
I gave birth there in January and it was AMAZING! I was at 42 weeks to the day when my girl came. They allowed me to progress naturally and didn’t force an induction until the very last minute when it became medically necessary. The staff are all amazing and I had the most incredible nurse (Ashley) who I swear was heaven sent. The hospital is so clean, everything is new/up to standard, and they provide an awesome approach to your monthly OBGYN appointments by doing it in a group setting so you get to meet other mamas that are due your same month. I still am friends with all of them to this day! 10/10 recommend! Feel free to ask any further questions :)
You should call the hospital and get a tour.
