I can’t recommend as still pregnant and not actually used it for pumping yet but I really wanted the Evie double pump, wire free. It was £500 😱 so I did some research and read reviews and got basically the same thing but it’s a company called Pippeta. Apparently the only difference is the pippeta is louder and the Evie is silent. It’s really not loud but definitely not silent! I got it for £125 on Black Friday sales xx

I got the Elvie with my first and I just bought the Elvie strode double pump It’s on offer at the moment for £200 in boots I also go the Elvie silicon pump which I have tried and feels great x

Are you planning on exclusively pumping from birth? It makes a big difference. If you're planning on breastfeeding, then it's recommended not to pump for the first 6 weeks so your supply has time to settle down. Then you might like to just try a manual pump (like a medela) which are inexpensive (£20) to see how you get on before committing to the expense of an electric pump that you might not get all that much use out of! If you are planning on exclusively pumping from birth, this is a different matter and would definitely recommend spending out on something efficient but also comfortable.

Agreed with the above. Might as well buy one later on as you shouldn't pump for a while. Either way, pumping is efficient if you buy a pump which has flanges that fit your nipple. Definitely ascertain the right flange size before buying something, otherwise it might not fit and therefore pumping would take forever and not be as effective either xxx
