When did sex become less painful or was it painful for anyone? Had sex for the third time since starting around 3 months pp and it’s still quite sore, not sure if that’s because im still getting used to it or because i have a grade two cystocele 😕

PT helped me with scar mobility to help soften the scar tissue. It’s no longer painful for me. I don’t remember how long it took – I think just a few months.

I can't see the prolapse has caused painful sex for me. I had some discomfort the first couple of times along my scar where I had torn and pelvic floor physio advised I do perineal massage and it has helped
