I need help!!

So I’m 6 months post and I’ve had about 3 periods now. I had my last period about two weeks ago but I’ve been bleeding heavily for three days now. It’s definitely heavier than my regular period and at first I thought it was a miscarriage but my pregnancy test was negative. The er said it was just a heavy period but I’m bleeding through a pad and tampon in about an hour to hour and half and I am having the most painful cramps. Does anyone have any suggestions cause the hospital here won’t help?
