Sorry if this is a sensitive topic but I had a miscarriage 4 weeks ago and I’ve had no support from anyone from nhs I am shocked is there anyone I can go to for help? I can’t seem to speak to my family….

Where abouts / nhs trust are you based? Maybe other ladies here will have used support in that area? Also sorry for your loss ❤️
The NHS provides nothing unfortunately but the miscarriage association was a really good support and very understanding when I was experiencing it

Don’t be sorry miscarriage is something that happens more than we think and needs to be talked about more… it is hard to go through a pregnancy loss.. sorry that you are experiencing all of that.. I think you should try the miscarriage association as they suggested in other comments…
