Any EBF moms of a year old?

My son just turned a year old today! We have his 12 month appointment next week & I know we will be talking about WHOLE MILK. I don’t pump anymore, it’s been months. Any tips or suggestions or any information I should know about starting whole milk?

I don't have any advice, as my little one is still EBF at 13.5 months, but kudos to you for going a full year!! I guess I can share that I let my little one try a couple of sips of whole milk, but not much, as I knew I would love my supply if I gave him made than that. Personally, I would choose organic whole milk if you can, but I'm super crunchy.

I thought my little boy would like it warmed up as a transition… he wouldn’t entertain it. Had to be cold from the fridge! He still has a cup every morning with breakfast now 4 years on!
