No advice, but it does get better! We are finally coming out the other side of this after around 8/9 nights. Hope yours doesnt last too long!
@Nicola what did you find helped?? We have resorted back to cosleeping
I am not going to lie, I found no solutions or anything to help my LO sleep better 😂. But I did find, ever so slightly, that she may have been overtired from waking so much during the night so I tried to make sure she had at least 1 decent long nap during the day so the tiredness wasnt an extra reason for her waking. Apart from that I look like I havent slept at all since November and caffeine is my bestfriend again 🙃😂. Also we havent co-slept with our youngest because my eldest jumps in the bed every night without fail and would probably not see her 😂 - so let me know how that goes so I know if we ever have another regression.
Glad it'd not just me- my little girl always used to be such a good sleeper now since about 3 nights ago we put her in her cot and around 15- 30 minutes later she's up again. Nothing has helped us so far, only thing that gets her to sleep is letting her sleep on us. Xx
The other night we had every 20 mins without fail. She's teething at the moment so I gave her calpol before bed, a second dose through the night, plus a bottle, plus a change, and it didn't change anything! We skipped baby group the following day because we were both so tired!
We had every 20 mins last night after about 3 hours of it we fed her changed her out her back in her cot and just had to leave her to it we were so knackered. Praying for a better night tonight.
