Sick children and the workforce

Good afternoon, I'm in a bit of a pickle and because of it I may loose my job. I work in the medical field and we are allowed 5 call outs a year. I pretty much didn't call out all this year except these last two months. One was due to a gas leak and I have the email for that from the daycare and the other 5 I have doctor notes for. My husband and I have no family, not just here but where we were originally from as well. What do you Mama's do when you need someone to watch your toddler while their sick? I started a care account but I'm terrified of something happening to my daughter.
