How’s people getting to the gym or classes??

I can’t work out when’s best to go or if anyone’s cracked it or got any tips for getting out the house to have alone time please let me know. I’m genuinely interested

I’m very lucky because my partner works from home so I get to go to the gym during his lunchtime for an hour and that is my only alone time during the day but it’s the best/nicest hour of the day too 😂 would not be able to do it if my partner wasn’t working from home so I completely get how hard it must be for other mums who’s partners aren’t working remotely. I suppose if he was working away I’d have to wait till he got home and then go but I’m always really tired by early evening so not sure if I’d have the energy to

Tuesday / Thursday evening and Sunday morning. Out of the house for 1.5 - 2 hours x

I’d love to be going back to the gym but my partner is working, we have a toddler and I’m breastfeeding so feels unlikely to be anytime soon. The only time would be after they’re both down but I’m so ready for bed by 8pm as I’m still up every 2 hours through the night

I'm a bit stuck with that too as breastfeeding but found a few mum and baby exercise classas I can do during the day and bring baby along
