Bleeding
I’m a week pp and whenever I get up or move around it still hurts and dark red blood appaears? Is this normal

Yeah totally normal. I think I was bleeding for 3 to 5 weeks and the pain was at least for 8 weeks. If you are worried though you can check in eith your GP for reassurance xx
