Big Kid Bed
At what age did you switch from crib to bed for your children! Any advice for the transition?! My daughter is 18 months and wanting to get her a big girl bed. But I don’t know if it’s too early? Thanks! ☺️

We are switching my daughter this weekend. She is 2 months shy of turning 3. We would have done it sooner, but she loved her crib. It was like her safe, cozy nest and she slept so well in it.

We switched little over a month ago, making her not quite 14 months at the time. She always slept so well if she was in our bed, so I figured why not. We went crib to twin size floor bed and had minimal issues. It did take some getting used to, but she loves it and recently an in law gave us an Ikea loft/bunk bed and she has only loved it more.
